PT Bank Maybank Indocorp is a fully-licensed bank and has been in operation since January 1995. It is the first Malaysian-Indonesian joint venture to be allowed to operate a bank in Indonesia.

PT Bank Maybank Indocorp provides a full range of banking services including large-scale financing for corporate and commercial customers. The bank has in-depth knowledge and experience of the Indonesian market and is well-positioned as a financial intermediary between the Asia-Pacific market and various foreign and Malaysian investors. The bank focuses on providing wholesale banking facilities to both local and Malaysian corporations, especially for projects that have a high export content.

In addition, the bank is also actively involved in treasury operations. The emphasis is on money market operations and foreign exchange trading covering both the front office dealing functions and backroom settlement and support services.

PT Bank Maybank Indocorp extended its customer reach by opening up a Jakarta sub-branch in Pondok Indah on 26 June 2006 to cater to mass affluent and high net worth customers.
