Mayban (Nominees) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Maybank, managed under Maybank's Corporate Services Department.

Stock/shares processing
- Opening and closing of CDS Qualifier accounts for individual beneficial owners
- Executing transfer-out of stock/shares from beneficial owners' CDS accounts to their other CDS accounts maintained with an ADA or ADM
- Monitoring the transfer-in of stock/shares credited to beneficial owners' CDS accounts
Non-quoted stock/shares and unit trusts processing
- Registering of shares in the name of Mayban Nominees on behalf of the beneficial owners
- Issuing transfer deeds to cover the new script certificates registered in the name of Mayban Nominees
Processing of income collection
- Dividends from ordinary shares and stocks units
- Interest from ICULS, RULS and Bonds
- Income distribution on unit trusts
- Special dividend i.e. distribution of dividend in the form of a certificate
Processing of corporate actions
- Processing of bonus issue, rights issue, new issue
- Redemption of securities
- Capital reconstruction and sub-division
- Mergers on behalf of beneficial owners
Proxy service
- Issuing of and arrangement for the timely filing of Form of Proxy to the appropriate Company Secretary, thereby protecting the voting rights of the clients at shareholders' meetings
