Maybank started operations in Singapore in 1960 as a fully licensed commercial bank. Its first local branch opened at South Bridge Road in December 1960. Within the next few years, another 21 branches opened their doors.

Currently, Maybank has the most extensive network of branches and ATMs amongst the foreign banks in Singapore. We have 22 branches and 32 ATMs strategically located in both business districts and suburban estates for the convenience of our customers.
